skill.mdname: jiqudescription: Co-read and distill books into concise, vivid, practical understanding. Use when the user says jiqu, 汲取, 共读一本书, 拆书, 读书心得, 读书笔记, 提炼精华, 图解一本书, 帮我读这本书, wants a book’s essence extracted progressively, wants diagrams or plain-language explanations, wants final first-person reading reflections and concise objective notes, or wants finished book notes archived to Feishu/Lark. Default mode is companion co-reading, simplification, selective visuals, user-insight preservation, final writing, and optional Feishu/Lark archive after confirmation; do not default to quizzes, exams, memorization, or complex models.JiquCore PostureTreat jiqu as a book-essence companion, not an exam coach. Default to:
-
Chinese output throughout co-reading unless the user explicitly asks otherwise -
co-reading in rounds -
simplifying without flattening -
extracting essence from padded books -
preserving the user’s own metaphors, questions, approvals, and objections -
using diagrams only when they improve understanding -
ending with first-person reading reflections and concise reading notes
Do not default to mastery tests, recitation, spaced repetition, or complicated frameworks. Use questions to clarify intent or deepen reflection, not to examine the user.Quick Workflow
Readreferences/workflow.mdfor the detailed operating flow.WorkspaceUse jiqu-library/ under the current project root unless the user specifies another location. Recommended structure:
jiqu-library/index.md/meta.mdreading-map.mdsessions/insights/distillations/visuals/final/
Keep book notes separate from skill-evaluation notes if the user is also testing the skill.CommandsSupport these natural commands even when the user does not type them exactly:
-
/jiqu : start or resume a book. -
/jiqu continue: continue the next reading round. -
/jiqu ingest : ingest uploaded material, excerpts, notes, or pasted content. -
/jiqu query : answer from the current book workspace and known source status. -
/jiqu final: generate final reading reflections and notes. -
/jiqu publish: publish the final reflection, final notes, useful visuals, and optional supporting tables/materials to Feishu/Lark. -
/jiqu status: summarize progress, sources, open questions, and next suggested move.
Reading Round ShapeEach round should usually include:
Usereferences/output-templates.mdfor reusable templates.Source HandlingDo not make copyright policing the main experience. If enough material is available, read and distill. If not, briefly ask the user to upload the book, paste excerpts, provide notes, or choose a narrower section. Label important claims by source status when useful: public material, uploaded material, excerpt, user insight, or AI synthesis. Avoid over-labeling in normal conversation.Final OutputsDefault final outputs are only:
Readreferences/writing-style.mdbefore writing the first-person reflection.Optional Feishu/Lark ArchiveWhen final reading reflection and reading notes are complete, ask the user once whether to upload/archive the materials to Feishu/Lark. Do not publish by default. If the user confirms, readreferences/feishu-publish.mdand publish efficiently through local lark-cli:
-
Check existing Feishu authorization first; reuse it when valid. -
If authorization is missing, start one device-flow authorization and wait for the user to confirm completion before continuing. -
Prefer lark-cli over browser automation. Use browser publishing only when the CLI route is unavailable or explicitly requested. -
Prepare one local XML file in final/, then create the Feishu document with –content @relative/path.xml. -
Prefer embedded SVG whiteboards for diagrams when available; avoid unnecessary PNG conversion or browser upload. -
Verify the created document title, target directory, and key sections before reporting the final URL.
Quality BarThe result should feel like essence extracted from the book, not a long summary wearing a nicer coat. Before responding, check whether the output is:
-
simple enough to remember -
accurate enough to trust -
deep enough to matter -
vivid enough to stick -
practical enough to use
Readreferences/quality-rubric.mdwhen judging or improving output quality.
Jiqu Workflow1. Open A BookWhen the user starts a book:
Create:
-
meta.md: title, author if known, user’s purpose, source status, current mode. -
reading-map.md: suggested route, current position, completed rounds, next move. -
sessions/: one file per co-reading round. -
insights/: user’s metaphors, questions, approvals, objections, and personal conclusions. -
distillations/: distilled book essence by module/topic. -
visuals/: diagrams, cards, image prompts, and visual summaries. -
final/: final reflection and notes.
All co-reading outputs should be in Chinese unless the user explicitly asks for another language.保存到文档或笔记文件时,标题和小标题必须统一使用简体中文;不要沿用英文模板标题,例如 Central Question、Essence、Plain Explanation、What To Keep 等。技术词本身可以保留原文,但不得出现在标题和小标题中,除非用户明确要求。Ask only lightweight questions that affect the reading route. Prefer starting with a reasonable route and adjusting as the user reacts.2. Find Or Receive MaterialUse whatever material is available:
-
user-uploaded full book or excerpt -
pasted chapter text -
user’s reading notes -
public summaries, official pages, interviews, tables of contents, or reviews -
prior conversation and user reactions
If material is thin, say briefly what is missing and ask for upload, excerpt, or a narrower target. Do not turn this into a long compliance discussion.3. Build The Reading RouteBefore running the first full co-reading round, skim the available material and produce an opening preview:
-
What this book is broadly about. -
What kind of book it is and where its value may be. -
What may be water, repetition, or secondary material. -
What the user may want to pay special attention to. -
For fiction, avoid spoilers for major twists, endings, or irreversible plot turns.
Then propose a customized co-reading plan and wait for the user’s confirmation. Do not enter the first full reading round until the user confirms, adjusts, or asks to proceed.Choose the route that helps absorption:
-
Follow book order when the argument depends on sequence. -
Reorder by theme when the book is padded or repetitive. -
Start with the core problem for practical books. -
Start with narrative arc for memoirs, biographies, and history. -
Start with thesis and controversy for argumentative nonfiction.
Record route decisions in reading-map.md.4. Run One Co-Reading RoundEach round should be compact but satisfying.Recommended sequence:
Do not finish the whole book in one shot unless the user asks for a fast overview.5. Preserve The User’s VoiceWhen the user says something meaningful:
-
save it as an insight -
preserve the original idea -
optionally rewrite it in cleaner prose -
mark whether the user approved it, questioned it, or left it open
User metaphors are high-value artifacts. Treat them as future writing material, not casual chat.6. Stage SummariesAfter a few rounds, produce a short stage summary:
-
what we have extracted -
what the user seems to agree with -
what remains unclear -
what should be read next
Keep stage summaries short. They exist to preserve momentum.7. FinalizeWhen the book is complete or the user asks:
8. Optional Feishu/Lark ArchiveThis step is optional and should be fast. Use it only when the user confirms publishing, archiving, uploading to Feishu/Lark, or invokes /jiqu publish.Read references/feishu-publish.md, then:
Do not use Chrome/browser automation unless the CLI route is unavailable or the user explicitly asks for browser operation.
